Hi, I'm Erica, owner of Hippie Hustle MI. This week we reached over 500 followers on Facebook and, tomorrow, I'm re-launching this website! So...I wanted to re-introduce myself and my company!
I'm a wife, mom, dog mom, part time employee and public school volunteer. I'm a Veteran's wife who helps gently navigate life with PTSD that is a result of his time in Iraq. I love all things #puremichigan especially the beaches and parks that our beautiful state has to offer. I enjoy football, spending quality time with my tribe of women friends and attending as many concerts as possible. I'm also a mega crafter and an awesome chef!
I left the corporate world after 15 years when my daughter was 3 and having massive health problems. We learned she had 26 food sensitivity that was leading to inflammation, insomnia, anger and eczema. There wasn't any body products on the market she could use so I started making my own for her. My family has been using essential oils as a first line of defense for about a decade with a heavy focus on the emotional benefits. I enjoy teaching others about all the things essential oils can help with.
That path grew into Hippie Hustle MI. We sell minimum-ingredient, luxury-standard products at an affordable rate that make you feel clean, refreshed and relaxed! You can find our products in Grand Ledge, MI at Flour Child Bakery , local Lansing farmers markets, Facebook, Instagram and now, here! As with a lot of people, turning into a work from home / virtual learning teacher's assistant for my 9th & 3rd grader forced me to put a pause on my business being a priority. I'm proud to have not let my dream die and have my passion project being a priority again.
